Modernism and green building guided the restoration of this home, and resulted in exposed beams, concrete floors and open spaces. After construction, we harnessed our clients’ love for eclecticism and color, and focused on the core purpose and feel of each space. We chose a colorful sofa and rug, and added nine Foscarini pendants, to make this otherwise dark first-floor living room feel vibrant at any time of day.
